Any patient testimonials reflect individual experiences and are not representative of every patient.
What information we collect
When you submit the consultation request form on this website — whether from the booking pop-up or the enquiry form on our contact page — we collect only:
- Your full name
- Your phone number
- Your email address
- The date and time of your submission
Both forms collect the same details and are handled in the same way. We do not ask for and do not want you to submit medical details, symptoms, images, or health history through either form. Please keep those for your consultation, where they can be discussed confidentially.
How we use your information
The details you provide are used for one purpose: to contact you about your enquiry and arrange a consultation. Specifically, we may use them to call you back, send an appointment confirmation, or follow up if we cannot reach you.
We do not sell your information. We do not share it with advertisers or third-party marketing companies. We will not add you to a marketing list without your separate, explicit consent.
How your information is stored
Form submissions are transmitted over an encrypted connection and stored by our website hosting provider. Access is limited to Aroha Breast Care staff who need it to respond to your enquiry.
Enquiry records are retained only as long as needed to respond to and follow up on your request, and are deleted thereafter unless you go on to become a patient — in which case your clinical records are held separately under the record-keeping obligations that apply to medical practice in India.
Your rights over your information
You may at any time ask us to confirm what enquiry information we hold about you, correct anything inaccurate, or delete your enquiry details from our records. You may also withdraw your consent to be contacted.
To make any of these requests, contact us using the details at the end of this page. We will respond within a reasonable period.

By ticking the consent box and submitting the form, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, that the details you have provided are your own, and that you agree to be contacted by Aroha Breast Care about your enquiry by phone, email, or WhatsApp.
Cookies and analytics
This website uses Google Analytics 4, loaded through Google Tag Manager, to understand how visitors use the site so that we can improve it. These tools set cookies and may use your browser's local storage.
What we measure is limited to anonymous usage information, such as:

The details you type into our forms are never sent to Google Analytics. Your name, phone number, and email address are transmitted only to us, through our form provider, so that we can respond to your enquiry. Our analytics records that a form was submitted — never what was written in it.
We do not use advertising cookies, we do not run remarketing or ad personalisation, and we do not use Google Signals or any cross-device advertising features. We do not sell or share this information with advertisers.
You can prevent analytics cookies by using your browser's privacy settings, a tracking-blocker extension, or Google's Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on. Blocking them does not affect your ability to use this website, book a consultation, or contact us.
Third-party services
This website may link to external services — for example WhatsApp for messaging, or a booking tool for appointment scheduling. Once you leave this website, the privacy policy and terms of that third-party service apply. We are not responsible for their practices, and we encourage you to read their policies.
Use of this website
All content on this site — text, images, design, and branding — belongs to Aroha Breast Care unless otherwise stated, and may not be copied or reproduced without permission.
You agree not to use this website or its forms for spam, misuse, or any unlawful purpose. We may decline to respond to enquiries that appear fraudulent or abusive.
